Who I Am

Amanda Benson started her career as a business owner in Valencia, California. She owned and operated a flower shop for 3 years prior to getting into real estate. Her hard work, dedication to making a difference, and knowledge of the area quickly helped her gain many loyal clients and began establishing her presence in the Santa Clarita Valley. Six years and two children later, she joined the Hyatt Valencia family as Catering Manager, eventually being promoted to Business Travel Manager and Social Media Ambassador.

Amanda’s sales, marketing, and social media experience landed her the Hyatt Public Relations Award of the Year in 2015 from Hyatt Corporate. The impression she made at Hyatt and the long-standing relationships she developed in the community over time led her to the Associate Publisher’s position at élite Magazine. This is where the “Ask Amanda” idea’s seed was planted. Many of her advertising clients asked for her advice in marketing, social media direction or ways to help improve customer service. From there “Ask Amanda” Consulting was born.

Specialties: Connecting B2B and being an influencer, B2C along with teaching business owners how to be social on social media, offering marketing advice, and improving customer service by providing an unbiased opinion on how businesses are perceived by their customers.
